Our Community Cafe at Mount Eliza Neighbourhood House is now closed for the remainder of the term.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a cuppa, a chat, and some wonderful community connection throughout the term.

We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Saturday 18th July.

What a wonderful day of community, connection, and delicious food at our Coconut Island Feast Lunch!

Our guests enjoyed a tropical-inspired menu featuring:
🍛 Chicken Curry
🥒 Fresh Cucumber Salad
🍚 Coconut Rice
🥥 Coconut Chutney
🍮 Piña Colada Panna Cotta

A special highlight was seeing local students lending a helping hand and proudly serving meals, creating meaningful connections across generations. The room was filled with conversation, laughter, and smiles as everyone came together to share great food and even better company.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, cooks, students, and guests who made lunch such a success.

Looking for a creative and fun after-school activity for your child?

Join us for Artypants – Children's Art Classes, a hands-on 4-week multimedia art course where young artists will explore a range of exciting techniques and create their own unique masterpieces to take home!

What an adventure!!

This weekend our Carer's Crew group stepped into the world of puzzles, clues, teamwork, and plenty of laughter as we took on an exciting escape room challenge!

From solving mysteries to uncovering hidden clues, everyone brought their unique strengths, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the adventure. There were moments of excitement, surprise, teamwork, and lots of laughs along the way.

Sometimes the best adventures happen when we work together, support one another, and embrace a little challenge.
