Prize-winning artist and long-term PAS member, Angela Russo, will show you how to use charcoal to capture a variety of fur, feather and skin textures.
Angela maintains that subtracting from the charcoal to create light is the most exciting part of working with charcoal, and she will demonstrate this magical technique for you.
Many people believe charcoal is a messy medium, but Angela will show you how to keep the mess to a minimum.
A follow-up workshop is scheduled for Sunday 17 August.
