Some stallholders are new to the market. Others are part of the Slow Food DNA.

Santo from Yarra Valley Berries has been with us since day one, starting at Spotswood and now a much-loved regular across all three of our Inner West markets. One of those familiar faces you can always count on seeing, with some seriously good berries and seasonal produce to match. 🍓🫐

From beautifully sweet strawberries to blueberries, raspberries, figs, persimmons and handmade jams, Santo brings the best of the Yarra Valley to our markets throughout the year.

The Zappia family has deep roots in the region’s berry-growing story, and Santo continues that tradition today with a simple philosophy: pick it when it’s ready, sell it fresh and make sure nothing goes to waste.

We’re excited to welcome The Korean Grill By Saan to Saturday’s Spotswood Market, bringing Korean street food to our growing lineup of global flavours.

Expect live-grilled Korean BBQ Pork Belly, served with fresh lettuce wraps, ssamjang, garlic and pickled radish, plus sizzling Kimchi Fried Rice – all cooked fresh on high-heat griddles. 🔥

And there’s something for vegetarians too, with delicious mushroom sets on the menu.
