Whether your child wants to compete this season, improve their board skills, build confidence or simply spend more time in the water with their friends, we’d love to see them involved.

TUESDAY – LAKE TRAINING
📍 Lake Illawarra – opposite the Kiosk

Perfect for developing skills, technique and confidence in a controlled environment.

WEDNESDAY – OCEAN TRAINING

🌊 NEW TO THE CLUB OR BOARD TRAINING?
Please start with our Tuesday Lake Training until you have spoken with one of our coaches.
Our coaches will work with your child to develop their skills and confidence before progressing them into ocean training.

🏄 READY FOR OCEAN TRAINING?
Our ocean sessions are different to our lake sessions. They involve greater training intensity and more challenging surf conditions, so children need to be approved by our coaching team before attending.

If your child wants to participate in ocean board training and you are willing and qualified to assist with Water Safety, we would love to have you involved too. The more Water Safety support we have, the more opportunities we can provide our kids.

⚠️ All children must be registered for the 2026/27 season before participating in training to ensure they are covered for insurance.
Our goal is to create a clear development pathway:

Lake Training → Ocean Training → Competition
Build the skills. Build the confidence. Have fun. Represent Warilla.
