With 245 finishers and 180 first timers today we hope you had a great morning at Endeavour!

Thank you to everyone that wore red today in remembrance of Daniel and for highlighting the importance of child safety with the help of the Daniel Morcombe foundation.

Just a reminder that the path can get congested at times and we all need to be respectful of each other. There is never a reason to bump and push people around.

Have a great weekend everyone!
See you next week!

On Saturday 31 October, 550 parkrun events across the country are invited to take part in parkwalk for Daniel. Wherever you live, wear red and walk for child safety.

Happy hump day parkrunners!

We still need 2x Marshals for this Saturday the 31st. Possibly the most scenic marshal position in Queensland!
If this is something you can help with please comment below or send us a message.
Thanks! 🤩

Course is looking good this morning. Here's hoping the rain holds of just long enough ☺️

Endeavour parkrun needs you this Saturday!

We’re looking for ONE barcode scanner for Saturday, 24 October, to complete our essential volunteer roster and help our event go ahead. Could you lend a hand?

First-time volunteers are very welcome — no experience needed, and we’ll help you get started.

Comment below with your preferred date and role, or email [email protected] with your full name and parkrun ID if you know it.

Thank you for helping make Endeavour parkrun happen!

The roles on this roster are our non-negotiables. If we can't fill every one of them, our parkrun simply can't go ahead. No volunteers means no parkrun.

Every other role is a bonus and we love having you, but those roles only count once these core spots are filled. Without them, there's no event to help out at.

This Saturday we're still short three people:
⏱️ Timekeeper: you press a button as each runner crosses the finish line. It's easy, we'll show you how on the day, and you get the best view of everyone finishing.
🦺 Marshal: you stand at a point on the course, keep runners safe and heading the right way, and cheer them on as they pass.
📱 Barcode scanner: you scan each finisher's barcode and token so everyone gets their result. With so many people coming along each week, we really need two scanners to keep the queue moving.

Looking further ahead, there are plenty of gaps from November onwards. If you can grab a core role on any of those dates, you'll be helping keep parkrun running every week.

💛 Comment below or message us to put your hand up. Thank you to everyone already rostered on!

It was another fantastic Saturday morning for the 218 participants (161 being first timers to Endeavour). Although a bit dampend by the weather, we must give a huge shout out to our Run Director Daniel for hitting 50 volunteer weekends, and another of our Run Directors, Sharn on completing 300 parkruns!
Further congratulations to our quiet milestone achievers Arabella (25), Daniel (50) and Lee (400).

A big thanks to Oliver on his first time volunteering to capture our day, as well as Maureen for winning the age grade adjusted results!

If you get in early there are still some limited volunteer spots available for 24/10 (Timekeeper. Marshall, Barcode Scanning) which need to be filled before we can see you this weekend!
