The Junee Show Society is proud to announce that our local lad Adrian Eisenhauer has been nominated for the AgShowsNSW Awards 2026 Living Legends Award.

This award recognises individuals who have made an exceptional and sustained contribution to the agricultural show movement over many years.

Junee Show Society would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all members of the Defence Force community, past and present, including their families. Our VP Justin laid a wreath at the Junee ANZAC Day ceremony on behalf of the JSS. Lest We Forget.

In February, the Junee Show Society held its Annual General Meeting — and this year’s was a little extra special.

After an incredible 35 years as President, we thanked Peter Commens for his outstanding service and dedication to the Society and our community. We’re proud to welcome Nick Heffernan into the role as our new President.

We also expressed our sincere thanks to Lynne Dominish for her time as Secretary. During her tenure she helped bring the show’s administration into the 21st century, and her work has made a lasting impact. We’re pleased to welcome Therese McMullen as our new Secretary.

Our executive team for the coming year is:

• Vice Presidents: Justin Hill, Matthew Harris (thanks for joining us!) and returning VP Margaret Hill
• Treasurer: Emily Duncan
