POLICE ARE APPEALING FOR THE PUBLIC HELP TO TRACK DOWN 140 SECOND CROSS LAMBS STOLEN FROM A HAREFIELD PROPERTY LAST YEAR.
Officers from Riverina Police District Rural Crime Prevention team are investigating the theft of 140 second cross lambs from a property at Harefield, located between the towns of Wagga and Junee in November 2025.
Police believe the lambs were accessed via a gate on Aerodrome Lane, Harefield sometime between the 16th and 17th November 2025.
The lambs were shorn three weeks prior to the theft and were tagged with electronic NLIS devices.
As part of their inquiries, detectives are calling upon any member of the public who has relevant information concerning the theft.
