A big thank you to Paula from P&L Accountants for their continued support this year.

Paula and her team show up in many ways across our community, not just as accountants and their impact is felt well beyond tax time.

We know real impact starts with practical support, donations like this help ease the load, offer early support, and build stronger futures.

Thank you Paula for not only backing our work, but for the many ways you show up across the community.

We are once again supporting the Packed With Care Foundation .

This amazing local charity provides essential support packs to women and children in need.

This tax season, we are donating $5 from every 2026 individual income tax return to support this wonderful cause! Thanks Megan for all that you do!

There is always something happening at PWC hereโ€™s a little update on what we have been up to.
Our lunch packs have been going out to schools, hospitals packs and community meetings delivering practical resources, connecting with local organisations, developing new initiatives and continuing to listen to what people are experiencing in everyday life.

The packs remain an important part of what we do, but they are only one part of a much bigger picture. Every initiative has a purpose, sometimes that means meeting an immediate practical need, sometimes it means creating connection, supporting wellbeing or developing something new in response to a gap we are seeing in our community.

For Packed With Care, being part of a community means more than providing support when things become difficult. It means being present, paying attention and continuing to build practical responses that reflect what our community actually needs.

These are just a few moments from the work happening behind the scenes and across our community.

Community wellbeing doesn't only happen in community centres, it happens on sporting fields and clubs. Through coaches, teammates, volunteers and local organisations choosing to invest in women and girls.

We were proud to attend Western Spirit Football Club's Sponsor Appreciation event and spend time with the people who not only support us but create opportunities for women both on and off the field.

Community sport has an important role to play in wellbeing. It builds confidence, connection, belonging and leadership while creating spaces where women and girls can grow, challenge themselves and be part of something bigger.

At Packed With Care, we believe strengthening communities means supporting women across every part of life, that includes advocating for environments where women are encouraged to participate, lead and thrive.

Thank you to Western Spirit Football Club for your ongoing commitment to women's & girls football and for recognising the value of community partnerships that extend beyond the sidelines.

Because stronger communities are built when we invest in women, not just when they need support, but long before they do.

Packed with Care is honoured to be named a finalist in the 2026 Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in the Health & Wellbeing category.

This recognition isnโ€™t simply about an award, it reflects the collective efforts of a community that believes in prevention, connection and supporting people before challenges become crisis. To everyone who has partnered with, supported or championed our work thank you, we couldnโ€™t do it without you.

Over the past year, Packed With Care has continued to evolve beyond providing practical resources, we have strengthened our focus on prevention, connection and creating support systems that respond to the everyday pressures experienced by women and children.

We believe stronger communities arenโ€™t built through crisis response alone. Theyโ€™re built through collaboration, early intervention and practical initiatives that help people navigate life before challenges become overwhelming.

We are proud to stand alongside so many businesses and organisations contributing to the wellbeing of our growing region and thank the GSCC for this recognition.

As our community continues to grow, so does the opportunity and responsibility to create places where people feel connected, supported and able to thrive.

Sometimes the most important community support happens quietly.

Long before a child walks into a classroom, before learning begins or friendships are formed, something as simple as having access to food can help create the conditions for a better day.

That's why partnerships like this matter.

We always enjoy collaborating with the wonderful team at YMCA Springfield Central Community Centre. Recently, we delivered lunch items to support their Breakfast Club, helping strengthen a program that already plays an important role in supporting local young people.

At Packed With Care, we believe stronger communities are built through collaboration. No single organisation can meet every need, but when community organisations work together, we create support systems that are more connected, more responsive and ultimately more effective.

Thank you to the YMCA Springfield Central Community Centre for the kind words and, more importantly, for the work you do every day to create a welcoming space where young people can connect, belong and start their day well.

Because community wellbeing is built by communities working together.

It takes many wonderful people to build the community within the centre at the YMCA Springfield Central Community Centre โœจ

Today, we would like to do a public shout-out and say thank you to the incredible Megan from the Packed With Care Foundation . This month, Megan dropped by the Y to drop off a large donation of free lunch packs (and other lunch items) for local young people, all of which will be distributed over the coming weeks ๐Ÿฅจ๐Ÿฟ

Last week we had the opportunity to join the Rotary Club of Ipswich for their breakfast meeting and share how Packed With Care has continued to evolve alongside the changing needs of our community. As communities grow, so do the challenges people experience, that is why conversations like these matter.

They create opportunities to share what we are seeing on the ground, strengthen relationships and ensure our collective response continues to reflect the realities of everyday life.

Rotary has a long history of in supporting communities through service, leadership and local action. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to that conversation and to share the work being undertaken through Packed With Care.

Thank you to Ginger and the Rotary Club of Ipswich for the warm welcome, thoughtful discussions and your ongoing commitment to making a difference in our community.
Together, stronger communities are built through connection, collaboration and a shared commitment to responding before everyday pressures become crisis.

Prep 4 Prep has been designed for children starting Prep in 2027 and focuses on the skills that help children navigate this transition with confidence.

Led by a registered teacher, children are guided through activities that support early literacy and numeracy foundations, social and emotional development, listening and participation skills, independence and classroom readiness.

What makes this program different is that parents are part of the journey too. Alongside their childโ€™s learning, parents have access to practical guidance and conversations around school readiness, routines, behaviour, emotions, sleep and the realities of starting school.

Because preparing for school isnโ€™t just about helping children feel ready. Itโ€™s about helping families feel ready.

Prep 4 Prep is a place to prepare, connect and approach the next chapter with confidence.

Community support can often be viewed through the lens of crisis or breaking point.

But what if we thought about support differently?

At Packed with Care, we believe strong communities are built long before crisis occurs. They are built through connection, practical support, trusted relationships, and spaces where people feel seen and understood.

Community wellbeing isnโ€™t about rescuing people. Itโ€™s about creating the conditions that help people navigate lifeโ€™s challenges with greater confidence, dignity and support.

That might look like a practical resource, a community partnership, a conversation, or a program designed around a real pressure point affecting local women and families.

Because when support systems are built into a community, people donโ€™t have to carry everything alone.

And that benefits all of us.
