Ipswich POB started the year off tonight donating some cash to Ipswich Hockey Umpires Association to help develop assist in developing junior umpires to attend state titles

POB having been busy giving away our hard earned money to local charities and sporting organisations. The last few weeks seen us donating to Ipswich Hockey, Lisa’s Lunches and Variety Bash Ipswich.

Presentations have started for the new year with Ipswich District Athletics receiving their donation tonight for $2250. This is the first of a budgeted $36,000 to be donated to Ipswich sporting Associations and Community Groups.
Money received from the POB have Ipswich District Athletics helped develop local talent into State/National and Oceania Champions.
We are proud to be able to help develop our local youth and give them opportunities.

Remember we are at CSI on Wednesday nights selling raffle tickets to raise money for these organisation. Come along and buy a few tickets and say hi to all of us.

POB have been busy lowering their bank balance the last few weeks. Donating to Ipswich Vigoro and to outlet latest recipient, Lisa’s Lunches.
Again thank to our CSI patrons who purchase tickets in our raffles to make this happen.

Williamson presented CSI a donation of $500 to go towards their toy appeal for Ipswich hospitals Sunshine ward, mainly for the children of Ipswich.

We’re always willing to help out Organisations that benefit the Ipswich community.

Ipswich POB had the pleasure of introducing some more of Ipswich Junior Sporting talent at CSI last night.
That being some members of Ipswich Hockey U14 boys and girls teams. Our President John presented boys captain Michael Hogan with a donation to help our athletes costs on and off the field.

CSI patrons were pleased see where our raised funds go, to children that represent the city of Ipswich.
