Week 2 of Jnr rangers the weather meant Inside work so we cooked meals to serve to the community at Leichhardt One Mile Community Centre. After the rainy week veranda needed a good clean and a new kitchen bench was assembled. The rangers also prepped an art project for Tivoli primary to use for there “connecting through culture” program.
Next week hopefully good weather for our bush tucker and native plant education session.

This week we had the honour of sponsoring and presenting the Indigenous award at Ripley Valley State Secondary College 2026 awards night.
Ripley continues to be a long amazing partnership and one of our foundation schools to have Bgac connecting through program running. We look forward to many more opportunities to be apart of the students journey building their identity using cultural stories and tools.
