Calling all movie aficionados, Star Wars lovers (and haters), those who insist on saying 'Baby Yoda' instead of 'Grogu', and people who like having food delivered to their seat at the cinemas!

In celebration of the newest Star Wars release, we're hiring a private cinema at FOMO Cinemas to watch The Mandalorian and Grogu together on opening night (Thursday May 21)!

Each ticket includes a free choc top or small popcorn, and food and drinks can be delivered to your seat during the film – plus, there will be prizes for the best Star Wars t-shirt (or cosplay!) of the night. Then come hang out in the bar for more chats, drinks and film discussions afterwards.

TICKETS CAN ONLY BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE so make sure you jump online now!

DATE: Thursday 21 May, 2026
TIME: Pre-drinks at the bar from 6.30pm, movie starts at 7pm SHARP.
COST: $25 for members, $30 for non-members – includes a free choc top or popcorn!

VENUE: Cinema 3 of FOMO Cinemas, 5 Bluestone Way, Brunswick East (inside the East Brunswick Village on Nicholson St).
PARKING / TRANSPORT: The Number 96 tram goes right past; free parking is available on the surrounding streets, and paid parking is available in the EBV centre.
ACCESSIBILITY: There's a wheelchair lift available in the main entrance, and the cinema can be set up to accommodate wheelchairs – just let us know and we'll make sure it's sorted!
