Today, only 7% of our High Country & Alpine Snow Gums remain untouched from fire and longicorn beetle infestation.
With warming temperatures driving parasitic beetle booms & more frequent and intense bushfires weakening tree defenses... A recipe for disaster is silently spilling over our Alpine and high country ecosystems.
One that threatens the future visibility, of ancient Snowgums across our favourite mountain ranges.
You Can Help us fight, to conserve and continue the story of this iconic species and better support the life that surrounds it.
Donate to the Forest collective before June 30th and you will be directly assisting us to get Snow Gum 'Eucalyptus pauciflora subsp. Niphophila' federally protected under the EPBC act.
This will help to put a spotlight on Snow gums and prompt a rethink into the ways we move forward to conserve E. Subsp. Niphophila's populations. Promoting further research for the potential for future community level nominations.
Every donation above $2 is tax deductible and supports our grassroots efforts to create change for good.
