Attention all Monash students! Ever wished to join a club and make some of the best uni friends and industry connections you could hope for? Now is your chance!
The MMSS Caulfield and Clayton AGM’s are taking place on Monday October 2, so now is your time to come down to your respective campus and get involved!
Whether you are a marketing student or not, MMSS is open to anyone and everyone (as long as you meet a couple of stipulations outlined further in this caption).
We are hiring for ALL committee positions in 2024, including:

-Communications Director (Caulfield only)
-Publications Director (Clayton only)

-Social Media Officer
-Publications Officer
-Human Resources Manager
-Partnerships Manager

-Professional Coordinators
-Social Coordinators

PLEASE NOTE
1. You must ensure that you are running for a position on the committee for your HOME CAMPUS! I.e. if your home campus is Caulfield, make sure you run for a position at the Caulfield AGM (vice versa). If you are unsure what your home campus is, you can find this on WES! You also must be a member of MMSS Caulfield/Clayton (depending on your home campus)
2. In order to vote at the Caulfield AGM, you must be a member of MMSS Caulfield. To vote at Clayton AGM, you must be a member of MMSS Clayton. Please find the membership links for both Caulfield and Clayton in our bio.
3. To run for ANY role at AGM, you must prepare a 2 minute speech (with the exception of President and Vice President which is a 5 minute speech). This speech should explain what you would bring to MMSS and to the role you are running for.
4. Formal voting will take place which will be verified both by the MMSS Secretaries and by MONSU/MSA (depending on your campus). No proxy votes are allowed - you MUST be an MMSS member to vote and MUST be in attendance on the day.
5. Spectators are not permitted - unfortunately only MMSS members of the respective campus are allowed entrance. This will be checked, both on entry and in voting.
