Recently, Lifeline North Coast and GambleAware Mid and Northern NSW and a few of our community members supported Andy & Scrubby's big WAG at their talk at the Cavanbah Centre, ahead of their continued mission to raise awareness about gambling harm as they walk 15,000 km around Australia.
One of the key takeaways from the talk was that no matter how many support services are available, real change must come from within. There may be challenges along the way: losing track, lapses, or even relapse but the important thing is to keep moving forward, whether in overcoming addiction or navigating life more broadly.

We loved coming together with Newman Senior Technical College, headspace- Port Macquarie, Lifeline North Coast for an awesome community engagement event.
Students got hands-on and creative with Spin the Wheel Q&A, DJing, LIVE looping, and beatmaking, sparking great conversations, learning, and plenty of energy throughout the day.
A huge shoutout to everyone involved for making it such a positive, engaging and impactful experience for young people. 💛🎶

Not every day you get to meet and jam with a guitar prodigy but that day at absolutely delivered! 🎸✨
