The Castlemaine Highland Pipe Band regularly plays a range of local events.

We have been in the community since 1953, playing traditional pipe and drum pieces wearing number 1 and number 2 uniforms.

Castlemaine Show parade 😃

A big thanks to everyone who came out to watch and support us. We always love being involved in our local community and sharing our music along the way!
Well done to all our band members and thank you to Kim and Mike for helping us out with the drumming.

Today we all got together for lunch at the Victoria Hotel in Woodend — a chance to put the pipes and drums aside for a little while and just enjoy some good food, plenty of laughs and great company.

It’s so nice that our band isn’t just about playing music and performing, but also about friendship, getting together and enjoying each other’s company. ❤️

A beautiful day spent with a great bunch of people. 🥰

What a fantastic day at the Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival 🌼

The Castlemaine Highland Pipe Band had a wonderful time taking part in the Grand Parade today, followed by a performance at the Kyneton Bowling Club. It was a massive day of piping and drumming, but loads of fun.

A very special mention to our four new members making their debut with the band — Janine, Maddie, Jacob and Leah! 👏👏 You all did an absolutely fantastic job for your very first performance. We’re so proud of you and look forward to seeing plenty more of you in the band! ❤️

We’d also like to give a big thank you to our visiting guests Mike, Caitlin and Les for joining us and being part of the day. It was great to have you with us!

We were fortunate that the weather held off for the Maldon Easter Parade today.
Fantastic to see such a huge crowd lining the streets cheering the band on.
After the parade the band played in the town rotunda to an appreciative audience.
Happy Easter 🐣🐣see you next year ❤️
