Solidarity with ASU members at West Tamar Council who have unanimously voted to take protected industrial action! Workers have voted down a shoddy offer from council that undermines key rights - dispute, consultation and more. While the CEO pocketed a 12.4% pay rise last year, they’re offering the annual wage review in years 2 and 3 of the agreement! Workers have voted this offer down 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️
