Thank you Bundaberg Art Society Inc for hosting our talented artists Renee, Amber, Katie, Heather, Jenny, Helen and Linda at the 'Every H'art' Exhibition recently. What an absolutely talented bunch ... it was no surprise all the pieces were snaveled up at the exhibition!
Thanks to all at the Society for supporting artists across Bundaberg - Renee and Amber were thrilled with their artist prize wins also !

Luke was back at it again, this time carefully picking out some new additions for the garden!

Choosing his own plants is about more than just a hobby—it’s about Luke taking the lead, making his own decisions, and planning for the future of the carinbundi garden

SIL is about empowerment. Support workers are there to assist, but the goal is always to help the person take the lead in their own life—whether that's cooking, fixing a gate, or choosing their own schedule.

💚 Breathe.
💚 Take a moment to ground yourself.
💚 Look after yourself.
💚 Ask for help.
💚 Watch out for others.

These were some of the things our friends from Wide Bay Mental Health, Jade and Katie, shared with us at the last of our Emergency and Disaster Preparedness workshops today.

Being ready to take care of your mental health and well-being is just as important as packing an emergency kit!

With the help of our friends from Council and the SES, Qld Police and Fire, the Connected in Crisis Team and Wide Bay Mental Health, over the past 5 weeks we’ve improved our skills and knowledge about the many different types of emergencies and disasters that are possible where we live, what some of the local response agencies do in the lead up to and in response and recovery, and most importantly, how WE can prepare OURSELVES – to increase our confidence and resilience in an emergency or disaster. More photos to come!

These workshops are supported with funding from the Australian and Queensland Governments under the Disaster Recovery Arrangements.

Finding the right support worker isn’t just about a schedule—it’s about the connection.

At Carinbundi, we take the time to match our clients with staff based on more than just a checklist. We look at:

Shared Interests: If you love gardening, we want someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with you! 🌿

Personalities: Whether you’re a quiet achiever or the life of the party, we find a match that clicks.

Goals & Skills: Matching the right expertise to your specific NDIS goals.

When a client and support worker truly ""get"" each other, that’s when the best progress happens. It’s all about building a relationship based on trust, fun, and mutual respect. 💙😊
