Today we recognise World Down Syndrome Day 💙💛

The 2026 theme, “Together Against Loneliness,” is a reminder that true inclusion goes beyond awareness — it’s about connection, belonging, and making sure no one feels left out.

Loneliness can still be a reality for many people with Down syndrome, whether it’s through lack of understanding, limited opportunities, or simply not being included in everyday moments that matter.

Because everyone deserves:
✨ To be included
✨ To be valued
✨ To feel like they belong

And while every journey is unique, some individuals with Down syndrome may also require additional support — like feeding tubes — which is just one small part of their story, not what defines them.

Let’s continue to build a world where differences are embraced and no one stands alone.
