Alpha Park's Saturday meal services have resumed. Please note that the offerings will vary from week to week, every week we will be providing a meal and others will include additional items such as fruit, vegetables, groceries, clothing, and more.

Yesterday was a very busy service with lots of delicious food, great company and lots of chats.

Thank you to our volunteers who provided meals and to those who served.
Thank you to the youth group from The Church Of Pentecost Sydney West District who brought lovely food along and stayed on to help at our service.๏ฟผ

Thank you also to Anshul and Van ๏ฟผand their team from Food For Life, we work together every week, they serve a lovely vegetarian option to the meal service. ๏ฟผ

We had a very wet afternoon at Alpha park. Our patrons still enjoyed a lovely meal and took packaged meals home too.

We had a lovely and busy service on Saturday 9th May. We celebrated Motherโ€™s Day ๐Ÿฉท๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฉท
We had a big group of about 65-70 patrons join us this week. Thankfully we managed to feed everyone with the lovely food our volunteers provided plus the delicious pizzas provided by the very generous George's The Pizza Shop and George's Gourmet Pizzeria ๐Ÿ•โค๏ธ

It was a very enjoyable afternoon. All were very grateful for the lovely meal and their gifts and we had a few who said that they really appreciated it as this would be their only Motherโ€™s Day celebration as they donโ€™t get to see their children or receive gifts ๐Ÿ’•

One Meal is not only a meal service but a community social event for connection, conversation and support and sometimes all is needed is a hug ๐Ÿฅฐ

We served a lovely meal followed by lots of lovely sweet treats thanks to Miriam from From Us To You Because We Care Incorporated ๐Ÿฉ

Thank you to Blacktown Regional Uniting Church Blacktown Centre for providing breakfast packs for our patrons ๐Ÿ™

Thank you to Nidus Group for your continued support.

Thank you also to a lovely gentleman who supports us regularly, who donated some new blankets and purchased a heater for one of our patrons too.

Lots of clothes were also given out today too.

A very big THANK YOU to Mr Gupta and the staff and students from William Clarke College for cooking up lovely meals and cakes for our One Meal service. You have filled our freezer, it is a great help to our service and we are very grateful. Thank you and we look forward to working together again in the future ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ
