With the potatoes received in the free fruit and vegetable bags so often recently, one community member has recommended this recipe https://www.throughthefibrofog.com/grated-potato-fritters/

Have you grated potatoes and onion to make your own fritters?

Enjoy these fun grated potato fritters as an appetizer, main or side dish! Easy to make with mostly pantry staples in just 20 minutes!

Sweet and sour prawns were made from free veggie bag and $7 frozen bag.

We are so pleased that community members get to creatively eat so well with help to make the budget go further.
