😥These people do such amazing (unfunded) wildlife rescue work 🐾 Help Save the Wildlife and Bushlands in Campbelltown WSS recent donation only covered 2 weeks of fuel costs. If you know any business willing to help them out, please share.
Due to rising fuel prices and the added pressure of cost-of-living crisis and urgent vehicle repairs we’ve made the painful decision to limit our rescue services.
We’re not funded by Council or government. Every rescue, every trip, every animal we’ve saved has been paid for from our own wages and also with help from our followers — because leaving them behind was never an option.
Over the next few months we will see if we will continue doing what we love in helping our wildlife in need or if we cease our services .
Right now, keeping our vehicle on the road is harder than ever. It breaks us to turn calls away. But these animals are still out there, still needing help. We’ll keep fighting for them with whatever we have.
