Last night, the Lions Club of Elizabeth Playford Inc proudly celebrated our Annual Handover Dinner, marking the beginning of a new Lions year and recognising the outstanding service of our members.

We extend our congratulations to our 2026–2027 Board of Directors:

We would also like to sincerely thank District Governor Ray Najar for officiating the induction of our new members and for his continued support of our club.

A special thank you to Mayor Glenn Docherty and Ella Shaw MP for joining us as we celebrated another successful year of service and welcomed our incoming board.

Members from The Lions Ckub of Elizabeth Playford wish to congratulate Bronte Cameron for being recognised by our Australian Lions Wellbeing Foundation.
Bronte serve on the Foundation for many years as a Director.

A Well-Deserved Recognition for Lion Bronte Cameron

Last week, ALWF Chair David Daniels had the privilege of presenting Past Board Member Bronte Cameron with the Dr Harry Jenkins Fellow Award.

Bronte served on the ALWF Board for 24 years and was instrumental in building Lions Quest into one of Australia's most impactful youth wellbeing programs, reaching over 10,000 teachers and countless young people across the country.

His commitment to helping young Australians create a successful life is a thread woven through everything ALWF has built.

We are deeply grateful for all Bronte has done for ALWF, Lions Australia and Lions Assistance Dog, through his amazing training skills of many puppies.
