Food Distribution to Widows in Bulawayo
“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.” — Psalm 82:3

On Friday, Consecrated Work Trust (CWT) had the privilege of sharing food hampers with our precious widows in Bulawayo.

Each hamper is a small expression of love, dignity and care, reminding these mothers that they are seen, valued and not forgotten.

We are grateful to God for the opportunity to continue serving and standing with widows in our community. What began as a commitment to support vulnerable women continues to grow through the faithfulness of God and the generosity of those who believe in this work.

One widow at a time. One family at a time. One act of love at a time. 🥰

Yesterday, by God's grace, we were blessed to distribute groceries and essential supplies to widows in Bulawayo.

We thank God for His faithfulness and provision, and we are grateful to everyone who continues to support this outreach through your prayers and generosity. Together, we are sharing God's love and bringing hope to those in need.

International Widows Day – 23 June

Today, as we commemorate International Widows Day, we recognize the strength, resilience, and courage of widows around the world. This day reminds us that many widows face challenges such as poverty, loneliness, discrimination, and the responsibility of raising families without support.

As Consecrated Work Trust, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by reaching out to widows and vulnerable families with practical support, encouragement, and hope. Through food distributions, community outreach programs, and acts of compassion, we seek to restore dignity and remind widows that they are valued, loved, and not forgotten.

The Bible tells us in James 1:27:
"Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction..."

This scripture is at the heart of our mission. We believe that caring for widows is not merely a charitable act but a biblical mandate and an expression of God's love.

Today, we celebrate the widows among us. We honor their sacrifices, their faith, and their contribution to families, churches, and communities. We also call upon society, churches, businesses, and individuals to join hands in creating a world where widows are protected, empowered, and given opportunities to thrive.

At Consecrated Work Trust, we remain dedicated to serving widows and orphans, bringing hope where there is despair and demonstrating the love of Christ through action.

Psalm 68:5
"A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling."

May God continue to strengthen every widow and bless all those who support this important cause.

Celebrating 40 remarkable years of grace, purpose, and impact for Evangelist Dr. Angel Ndlovu — founder of Consecrated Work Trust.

What a special moment it was to not only honour a life devoted to serving God and humanity, but also to witness the consecration of the new plot in Trenance — a prophetic step into greater works ahead.

Food distribution to the widows at Sigola on Friday. Glory be to God for his faithfulness and provision.

It was a blessed and touching moment as groceries and essential supplies were distributed to widows in the community. We are grateful to God for giving us the opportunity to be a blessing and to share love, hope, and support with those in need.

Thanks to everyone who continues to support and pray for this outreach. May God richly bless every helping hand. Together, we can continue to touch lives and bring smiles to many families.

We thank God for a new and expanding chapter in Consecrated Work Trust Kenya 🇰🇪.

What began as a ministry focused on supporting widows has now grown by God’s grace into a wider expression of compassion and care.We are deeply grateful that, alongside our continued support for widows, we have now extended our outreach to vulnerable children in the Kibera slums.

These precious children are now being embraced with love, provision, and hope meeting both their physical needs and reminding them that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

This expansion is not just an increase in activity, but a deeper step into our calling to serve the most vulnerable in society. We thank God for every hand that is partnering with us, every prayer that is covering this work, and every life that will be transformed through this mission.

To God be all the glory for the doors He is opening and the lives He is touching through Consecrated Work Trust. We thank God for the Consecrated Work Trust team in Kenya.
