🌟 Volunteer with Mvelo Hive Trust! We’re looking for Coding, Web Development & AI Volunteer Trainers to inspire and teach young people (ages 9 –18) in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

💻 Coding | 🌐 Web Development | 🧠 Artificial Intelligence | 📱 Digital Literacy

👀 What You’ll Do: ✅ Coordinate workshops & training ✅ Deliver fun and engaging lessons in coding, web development & AI ✅ Guide students through hands-on projects and challenges ✅ Mentor and motivate learners to explore STEM careers ✅ Support Code Clubs and engage with local schools

💡 What You’ll Gain:

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Needed:

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with young people and making tech fun & accessible
Creativity, patience, and a growth mindset

We are thrilled to announce the successful implementation of Code Clubs at Kumalo, Once Upon A Child, and Sibanesezwe Primary Schools 🎉, proudly facilitated by Mvelo Hive Trust. This milestone reinforces our mission to advance digital literacy and equip young learners with essential coding skills 💻✨.

During this mid-term winter school term our young creators are actively exploring More Scratch Pathways 🖥️, that goes beyond the basics of Introduction to Scratch. Through More Scratch, learners will create apps, games, and simulations 🕹️🎨 using message broadcasting, if…then and if…then…else decisions, and variables—developing problem-solving skills and computational thinking 🤖💡.

This initiative is proudly supported by the Raspberry Pi Foundation and delivered by Mvelo Hive Trust🔗, reinforcing our dedication to expanding coding education across schools.
