🔥 INTRODUCING OUR U16 NETBALL CAPTAIN, AVA BOESAK!!!!

We are incredibly proud to introduce our U16 Netball Captain, Ava Boesak! 🏐👑

The biggest surprise? Ava is only 12 years old! But don’t ever let her age fool you. The moment she steps onto the court, she becomes a force to be reckoned with.

Dominating from Centre, Wing Attack, and one of her strongest positions, Goal Attack, Ava brings fire, control, and leadership every single game. She has the ability to ignite the court with her speed and intensity, while still remaining calm, focused, and in complete control of the game.

A true young leader with determination, confidence, and passion beyond her years. The future is bright, and we cannot wait to watch her continue to grow and inspire.

Congratulations, Ava Boesak! Your KDP family is proud of you! ❤️

🌟 Today, We Celebrate the Meaning of Brave
Sinazo Magxwalisa, proud Umpire of KDP, is proof that courage has no age and no limits. When the call came in 2025 asking who would be interested in becoming a Netball Umpire, she stepped forward without fear.

She may be small in size, but we don’t call her “Shotgun” for nothing! 🔥 At only 16 years old, Sinazo stands firm and strong next to the court, showing confidence, leadership, and passion every single game.

Being brave is not about being the loudest person in the room. It’s about showing up, taking responsibility, believing in yourself, and standing tall even when the challenge seems bigger than you. And that is exactly who Sinazo is.

Today, we celebrate her courage, dedication, and willingness to grow. She is inspiring other young girls to believe that they too can lead, learn, and make a difference in sport and in life.

Thanks to Roseline Wolmarans Daniels for creating opportunities that allows our youth.

They brought home GOLD in their category! 🥇🏆

On Saturday, KDP Netball had the opportunity to visit Stellenbosch Wynland Netbal for a day filled with great matches, energy, and fun. It’s always such a privilege to be part of this space and to see our players grow with every game.

A big congratulations to our Seniors for winning the B Group Easter Tournament — your hard work and teamwork truly paid off! 👏🏽🏆

Well done as well to Edward Jr for receiving recognition for his outstanding “Play of the Day” performance — we are incredibly proud of you! 🌟

What a Beautiful Weekend of Netball! 🏐💙

On Saturday afternoon, KDP hosted a Netball Friendly Day for our Under 11, Under 13, Under 16, and Senior teams — and what an incredible turnout it was!

Nearly 200 children and youth came together, not just to compete, but to play with joy, passion, and unity. The courts were filled with energy, laughter, and true sportsmanship.

This day was about more than just netball — it was about creating a safe and positive platform where young people can express themselves, build friendships, and grow in confidence.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do: 👉 To uplift

👉 To build community

Our KDP Sports ladies and gents have officially kicked off their fitness journey — starting strong with 5km runs and now pushing themselves to reach 10km! 💪
