📢 Calling on Architectural Firms to Make a Difference!

We are reaching out to architectural firms and professionals who may be willing to assist with the preparation of building plans for community-based educational centres located on farms.

Many of these centres provide educational, support services and safe spaces for children and families, but one of the biggest challenges they face is the cost of having building plans drawn up and submitted for municipal approval and compulsory registration with Government Departments.

We are looking for firms that may be able to:
✅ Offer pro bono assistance, or
✅ Provide services at a reduced rate as part of their community investment initiatives.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the British film charity,Be Kind Movementt.

Our 20-year impact film, Kindness, has been selected for inclusion in the Be Kind Movement film catalogue, where it will be used as an educational resource for primary and secondary school learners across the United Kingdom.

Our film was chosen for its powerful message of gratitude, a value that lies at the heart of creating compassionate, resilient, and connected communities.

Be Kind Movement's vision is to create a kinder, fairer world by entertaining, educating, and empowering young people. Through the power of short films centred around ten core values of kindness, they equip children with emotional intelligence and life skills to navigate challenges both in the classroom and beyond.

We are honoured to be part of this initiative and excited that the stories and impact of Pebbles Project will help inspire young people around the world. 💛

We are incredibly proud to share the impact of our partnership with the Stellenbosch University Accounting Department over the past two years.

Through this partnership, accounting students visit our after-school centres to support Pebbles learners with mathematics. It has become so much more than tutoring — meaningful relationships have been built, encouragement has been shared, and learners have gained confidence in themselves and their abilities.

The university students recently identified a need for scientific calculators among our learners and took the initiative to organise a calculator drive.

Thanks to their generosity and dedication, 60 brand-new scientific calculators were donated to Pebbles Project.

We are truly grateful for this incredible contribution and the continued support shown to our learners. 💙

💚 In support of Global Mental Health Awareness Month and the start of Child Protection Week, the Pebbles Wellness Team came together to host a special session with our Pebbles Stellenbosch staff.

At Pebbles Project, we believe that we are more than colleagues — we are family. Creating safe spaces where we can support, encourage, and look out for one another is so important, both in the workplace and in our communities.

Today, on International Day of Action for Women’s Health, we are reminded that women’s health matters every single day. 💜

At Pebbles Project, we are proud to continue supporting women in our communities through our Impilo Yabafazi programme, providing health education, wellness support, cervical and breast cancer screenings, reproductive health services, treatment and referrals where needed.

But today is also a reminder to check in with ourselves and the women around us. Have you booked your check-up? Have you gone for your screening?
