The EPF is an NPO that was built by young South African’s.

Our goal is to build South Africa by mitigating as many challenges as possible by merging in-depth socio-economic development projects with exponential tech to produce 4IR-ready solutions.

A certificate can prove you passed.
But can it prove you’re ready?

That is one of the questions we need to ask about the future of education.

Because education cannot only be about getting young people through a programme. It has to be about preparing them for what comes after it.

The real challenge is the gap between learning and earning.

Young people need more than knowledge. They need the ability to apply it, navigate the workplace, demonstrate their capabilities and access real opportunities.

At Empire Partner Foundation, this is the education challenge we are solving.

Through our partnership with MICT SETA, using Orcaa.ai on AIC ONE. We combined employability training, professional development and workplace-readiness support with placement-focused progression, building a stronger bridge between graduate preparation and the workplace.

So perhaps we need to stop making “Did they pass?” the final question and start asking:
Can they apply it?
Are they ready?
Where does their learning take them next?

Because the true value of education isn't only what someone knows. It's what that knowledge enables them to do.
