The Character Company We lead the fight against fatherlessness and boys growing up without a MENtor.

Fathers are responsible to protect their daughters and teach their sons, but we no longer have the luxury to think that it is enough. There are too many children interacting with our sons and daughters that do not have fathers doing the same for them. This is why we need to get involved – we need more sons to grow up into men that know that what makes you a man is not the ability to have a child, but the courage to raise one!

Tomorrow is launch day.

FORGING MEN was created because too many men are carrying life's challenges without a place to talk about them.

We believe men need honest conversations, strong role models, accountability, and brotherhood.

That's what this podcast is about.

Faith.
Fatherhood.
Purpose.
Mental health.
Relationships.

Real conversations that help men become better husbands, fathers, leaders, and friends.

🎙️ Episode 1 launches tomorrow.

Who will you be listening with?

Men are carrying more than most people realize.

Pressure.
Responsibility.
Stress.
Expectations.
Too often, they carry it alone.

That's why we created FORGING MEN.

A space where honest conversations can happen and where men can learn, grow, and become better together.

Episode 1 drops this Friday.

This week the boys in The Character Company are going through what it means to face personal fears.

The strongest boys are not those who are fearless but those who know they are not alone when facing it.

They wake up knowing despite uncertainty there is nothing which is impossible for God, and with faith in Christ they will be conquerors.

"But Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man is it impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matt 19:23 ESV

Something exciting is coming.

On Friday, we launch the very first episode of FORGING MEN.

A podcast created to have the conversations men often avoid but desperately need.

Faith.
Fatherhood.
Purpose.
Mental health.
Relationships.

Real conversations. Real stories. Real growth.

Friday is just the beginning.

This week, the boys in The Character Company are exploring what it means to face personal fears.

Fear looks different for everyone. For some, it's fear of failure.
For others, it's fear of rejection, speaking up, trying something new, or believing they're capable of more.

The goal isn't to eliminate fear. The goal is to learn that fear doesn't have to make our decisions for us.

Courage is developed one step at a time, every time we choose to move forward despite uncertainty.
That's a lesson that will serve these boys for the rest of their lives.

Men are facing challenges that often go unspoken.

FORGING MEN was created to spark honest conversations about faith, fatherhood, purpose, mental health, relationships, and what it truly means to become a better man.

Join us on 12 June for the launch of our very first episode.

Because these are the conversations men need to have.

HELP CLOSE THE FATHERHOOD GAP IN SOUTH AFRICA

Right now, 70 boys in our programme are waiting for the guidance, support, and encouragement that comes from having a positive male role model.

At The Character Company, we believe every boy deserves to know he is worth fighting for.

Our goal is to raise R500,000 by 30 June to provide 70 boys with a full year of mentorship, life-skills development, camps, and consistent support from trained male mentors.

A mentor may not change the world, but he can change a boy's world.

Will you stand in the gap?

POWER vs GRIT

Power is pulling with experience.

Grit is pulling with everything you’ve got.

One is built through years of lessons, responsibility, sacrifice, and leadership.

The other is built through scraped knees, hard environments, quiet courage, and refusing to quit.

This Monday, remember that this is more than a programme, more than a logo, more than content. This is a movement for the next generation.

They are future fathers, Future leaders, Future builders and much more than that.

They just need more guidance and more people willing to invest in who they can become.
