The Toolbox Community Empowerment Hub is a beacon of hope for marginalized communities, focusing on job creation and skills development to uplift individuals from poverty and homelessness. With 70% of its program dedicated to addressing homelessness, the organization's main objective is to help individuals transition from the streets to financial stability.

By working closely with 14 residents/business associations, The Toolbox is able to provide employment opportunities for those in need. This collaboration not only offers a source of income for participants but also fosters a sense of community and support.

Looking towards the future, The Toolbox has set its sights on ensuring food stability by growing fresh, healthy produce for school learners in impoverished communities. By expanding their portfolio to include a full garden service, the organization aims to create additional avenues for employment. This new venture not only provides valuable job opportunities but also paves the way for individuals to potentially start their own businesses in the future.

At its core, The Toolbox is all about empowerment - empowering individuals to break free from the cycle of poverty and homelessness, empowering communities to thrive and grow, and empowering individuals to realize their full potential.
