A single blood donation can help save multiple lives.

Every day, hospitals rely on donated blood to support patients undergoing surgery, receiving cancer treatment, recovering from accidents, and managing serious medical conditions. Yet blood supplies can only be maintained through the generosity of regular donors.

Blood drives play a vital role in ensuring that life saving blood is available when it is needed most. By taking a small amount of time to donate, you can make an extraordinary difference to someone facing a medical emergency.

Donate blood. Save lives. Be the reason someone gets a second chance.

Only a small percentage of South Africans donate blood regularly, placing ongoing pressure on supplies.

THE POWER OF COMMUNITY support has helped fund much needed bathroom renovations at Moreglans Old Age Home in Krugersdorp.

These improvements will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of residents by creating safer, more comfortable, and more dignified facilities for the elderly.

This project is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when people come together to support a shared cause. Every contribution has played a part in helping to improve the quality of life for the residents who call Moreglans home.

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and helped make this project possible. Together, we are building a stronger and more caring community.

🥞✈️ What an incredible day at the Children's Flight 2026 planning launch!

The Monument Rotary Club is proud to be part of this remarkable initiative that brings the joy and wonder of flight to children who may never otherwise have the opportunity to experience it.

While the aircraft create unforgettable memories in the skies, our team was delighted to keep the smiles going on the ground by cooking and serving delicious pancakes for the children. Seeing their excitement, laughter, and sense of adventure reminds us why community service matters so much.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, pilots, sponsors, and everyone involved in making Children's Flight such a special event year after year. We are honoured to play a small role in creating magical memories that will last a lifetime.

"He is so tired, he didn't sleep a wink last night... he was too excited to get his new wheelchair"

Through a connection with the WAS Foundation, we were asked if we could donate a new wheelchair to this young man.

This week, that hope became a reality. He received his new wheelchair.

Moments like these remind us why we serve. Small acts can bring dignity, freedom, and joy where it is needed most.

Thank you to everyone who helps us make a difference. Together, we keep moving lives forward.

An evening dedicated to the heart behind our service.

Tonight, we celebrate the incredible Rotary Annes, the strong women in our club whose unwavering support, generosity, and quiet strength lift up everything we do. From organising events to contributing to our community projects, they help turn purpose into meaningful change.

While much of the work may happen behind the scenes, it is their dedication that sustains the spirit of our club. This anniversary is a tribute to their impact, their grace, and the countless ways they help make fellowship and service possible.

Here’s to the Rotary Annes – the foundation of our community and the enduring power of serving together.

FEEDING HUNGRY TUMMIES: On Sunday morning, our members spent time serving warm meals to the children at the Volle Evangelie Kerk in Krugersdorp West.

A full tummy helps children focus better during Sunday School and gives them the energy to sing, dance and enjoy the day.

It is always a joy to serve our community and see so many smiling faces.

What a day at the Sables Bowling Club!

Our Monument Rotary Club had a blast helping out at their blind bowling tournament. From prepping tasty snacks to cooking up mouth-watering potjies, our chefs made sure every bowler and guest left happy and full. 🍲✨
