We are thrilled to welcome our new students as they begin their distance learning studies with Stadio Higher Education and the support of the Overstrand Learning Hub. ๐ŸŒฑ

A big part of these first days focused on building confidence in the digital world ๐Ÿ’ป, with our students learning essential skills and online tools under the guidance of our IT tutor, Brigit Fleming.

From navigating platforms to understanding the basics of digital learning, these sessions set the foundation for a successful year ahead.

We love seeing new faces, curious minds, and the excitement of new beginnings at OLH. Hereโ€™s to growth, learning, and a year full of possibility! ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ“š

๐ŸŽ‰โœจ Celebrating a Remarkable Year at Overstrand Learning Hub!

The OLH family gathered at the Overstrand Municipality Banqueting Hall for our 2025 Year-End Celebration โ€” an evening filled with inspiration, insight, acknowledgement and gratitude. ๐Ÿ’ซ

We were honoured to hear from Prof Patrick Bean (Executive Head: STADIO Higher Education) and our keynote speaker Bertram Loriston (WCED Deputy Director General: Curriculum & Assessment Management). Their words reminded us of the power of education to transform lives and communities. ๐ŸŒฑ

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the evening possible: Enlighten Music Project for the music renditions, refreshments from Ataraxia, Hamilton Russell, and Gabriรซlskloof, our photographer Lorraine Ruddy, as well as Willem Lotter, Wendy Colyn, Matshidiso Thuikutha, Dr Nici Rousseau, and Angie Krynauw for leading the programme.
