1 Life Rescue is a non-profit organisation whose primary purpose is to provide a support service to firstly all our uniform staff of our area, and also the community during times of disaster and need.

We need to keep these men and women in our thoughts and prayers. They are the ones out there keeping us safe and helping us all in our time of need. This they also do selflessly. Please remember their families behind them supporting them aswell.

Strokes are becoming more and more prevalent which is a great concern. They can be very debilitating or even end up in death, however through quick action can often be treated and the effects thereof be reversed. Today is stroke awareness day. Let's be aware not only today but every day .

We need to be sensitive to our men and women in uniform and their families. They go through so much and see so much that we never see, in the process of taking care of our communities. We just see the nice uniform but don't see that which they are feeling and suppressed emotions of the person behind it. One if the highest su***de rates is within the uniform staff. Lets make the difference in their lives. Non profit Organisations like 1 Life Rescue specifically focus on an care for these amazing men and women.
