September is Su***de Awareness Month. We need to be aware of how many people are battling with this, and how many people try to commit su***de. we need to be aware of those around you. Our men and women in uniform especially suffer from Depression and often have such thoughts, but we can help. 1 Life Rescue is specially there for them to support and help. There is no shame in having depression. There is no difference between having depression and having flue or high blood pressure. There is treatment, and one can get help to have a fulfilled life and keep it under control. Please don't give up. Get help. We at 1 Life Rescue are here to help especially with men and women in uniform, or to advise or point in the right direction. But again PLEASE DONT GIVE UP. You are important and deserve to have a wonderful and fulfilled life. DEPRESSION DOESNT NEED TO HOLD YOU BACK
