Good Samaritans haven't stopped sponsoring to The Hermanus Rainbow Trust. Together we can do more.
Our communities in need look up to us. This was a generous donation of T/shirts towards our beneficiaries by Corrie Howard. Also she donated a sewing machine. Thanks you Corrie.
We need more of such donations, The Hermanus Rainbow Trust distributes to beneficiaries in its catchment areas of Beffelsjag, Gansbaai, Stanford, Hermanus and Kleinmond.

The Hermanus Rainbow Trust wishes you all a prosperous year. Truly speaking, 2025 was a challenging year for us with limited funders and the situation fueled by the accident that claimed the lives of 3 children and left 14 injured on the 1st May
😨😭.
It was a tough one trying to transport our injured children to and from Tygerberg, Redcross Hospitals and back to Gansbaai where these children reside. The parents of children involved had no one to turn to when a review date was scheduled but to Rainbow.
2025 is a year to be remembered by Rainbow Trust.
We are thankful to those individuals and companies who helped us financially to pull through. May your hands stay blessed.
We will officially open on the 12th of January 2026, and looking forward to a better year.
Helping, clothing, feeding, developing, uolifting, enriching and protecting our vulnerable communities remains our priority.

So this was a donation from one of our generous local restaurant towards our Children's Life Skills Programme's that we do in Schools.
Our Children will enjoy this meal after the session.
We really need more and more of such business people who give back to the communities.
This programme aims to prepare them for secondary level School and improve their behavior.
We will cover Zwelihle Primary on Wednesdays, Lukhayo Primary Thursdays and Die Bron Primary on Mondays.
We are uplifting our Children with confidence, and The Hermanus Rainbow Trust appreciates this initiative, Baie dankie to the sponsors.

This time The Hermanus Rainbow Trust celebrated Women's day with the elderly. They felt honoured as they are always not considered like they don't exist. The theme was to enforce Gender equality and prevent women and child abuse. Discussions were quite fruitful relating to historic events and present life. The elderly asked Rainbow Trust to start looking for funding and donations to engage the elderly as well.

Hello everyone, The Hermanus Rainbow Trust would like to thank those who already helped in the predicament we had through the RTA that happened with our beneficiaries on the Gansbaai Stanford road on the 1st May 2025.
We still have 2 children in hospital with their parents there, while the rest were discharged to be managed at home and revisit the hospital for reviews.
We thank all those who gave a hand to help us to burry 3 children who lost lives.
We still need to help these families with food, clothing, bedding. Most of our people come from disadvantaged families hence the aid is needed.
