⛔️Road Closure Alert⛔️
Motorists in Wilderness are advised that Whites road is currently closed from The Wild Farm towards the Heights, due to a land slide that had blocked the entire road. Obviously, travel from the heights to Wilderness village via Whites road is also impossible. Jeff Ayliffe visited the scene.

Join the Hillbillies and Race Token for a time trial on the George Dam every 2nd Thursday of the month (*This coming Thursday 11 June*). Entry is free for Hillbillies members and R40 for non-members. Two route options:
-9.5km to test your limits or
-6.3km perfect if you're a beginner or junior.

Starts and finishes on the Dam wall and sign-in opens from 16h30. Individual starts from 17:00, meaning you can still start from 17:10/15.

Please register by 15:00 (on the day) on https://racetoken.co.za/dashboard.php. GPX's can be found under the event registration.
*We're monitoring the weather and will advise on trail conditions. So far it is looking good.

After the storms and rain, the George Trails are shining once again. ☀️🌿

Chairman Charl and Snowey enjoyed a beautiful hike out on the trails today, soaking up the fresh mountain air, stunning scenery and perfect weather that makes George such a special outdoor destination.
