Labour and Employment Relations Association of South Africa also known as LERASA is an organisation that promotes networking and interaction among individuals and institutions involved in labour and employment relations across South Africa and Africa. It strives to establish just and equitable labour practices within the region, aligning its goals with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to promote rights at work, decent employment, social protection, and constructive dialogue. LERASA envisions itself as a vibrant platform that enhances employment relations through debate, dialogue, and constructive relationship building within the South African employment relations community. Its mission involves addressing relevant themes and improving the understanding, knowledge, and practices of Employment Relations at national, regional, and local levels.
