Advocate Malgas Foundation Advocate Nkosinathi Malgas is a distinguished Human Rights advocate, specializing in South Africa’s Land Reform Programme.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wits University, as well as LLB degrees from both Pretoria and Unisa Universities. Additionally, he completed an Advanced Labour Law program at Wits University and obtained an MPhil from Nelson Mandela University. s expertise in representing clients facing unfair labour dismissals across numerous government departments. A notable achievement includes successfully representing ten employees unfairly dismissed by Discovery Company for violations of the company’s social media policy. In addition to his labor law endeavors, Advocate Malgas has been a steadfast advocate for clients seeking compensation from the Road Accident Fund (RAF) . Furthermore, he has provided legal representation to numerous land claimants who submitted claims to the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights under the Restitution of Land Rights Act No. 22 of 1994 before December 1998. His advocacy efforts have extended to the Land Claims Court in Randburg, Johannesburg, within the Gauteng Province. Outside of his legal practice, Advocate Malgas serves as the Executive Director of the Advocate Malgas Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to community empowerment and social justice initiatives.
