Wilds Update

Well it’s that time a year again. The Funduro is over and the Wilds trails are in great shape!
Now is the time to get out and enjoy the Wilds. There should even be some green arrows still up to follow.

Sorry the weather is not cooperating. Today's pre ride has been cancelled. We will try again next Saturday, the 30th at 10am. The trails are being prepped, will be ready to rip as soon as the weather plays nice.

Wednesday night ride turned into trial-side trash night. 5 of us braved the bleak forecast and retrieved the trash on lake trail. Around 14 trash bags and other items found a new home in the dumpster.

The pre ride for today has been cancelled due to rain. But we will host 2 more pre rides on May 23 and then the day before the race. Hope to see you there!

The pre ride for today has been cancelled due to rain. But we will host 2 more pre rides on May 23 and then the day before the race. Hope to see you there!

This Saturday, May 9th at 10am, Steve Herron will be leading the first of three pre-rides of the course. We will be leaving from the main MTB trailhead at the Hellbender campground. The trails should be in good shape, and the weather is supposed to be perfect. We will also be using this ride to scope out the condition of some of the features so we'll have a final punchlist before the race.

Please join us! If you can't make this one, we plan to have two more before the June 7 race. Those will be May 23rd, and then June 6 (the day before the race).

AOA taking advantage of the snow being gone and warm weather! Moving some blow down from a few years ago to reclaim some lost trail. Thanks Linear Active LLC and HWB Cycling for the equipment!
