She starts every workday the same way.
Before the bell. Before the chaos. Before anything. ☀️
Victory from Ohio reads or listens to the CE daily devotional and then sends it to the people she loves.

When you're a Christian educator in a public school, the daily grind can quietly wear down your sense of purpose. Having something that reorients you every morning and reminds you why you're there changes everything about how you walk through the door.

Christian Educators offers daily devotionals, a magazine written by and for educators, and a community of thousands who are walking the same road you are.

What happens in schools when no one of faith is in the room?

Stories like Loudoun County are a sobering reminder of why we pray for faithful believers in every public school. Not only does this generation need to see courageous men and women of faith, but they need protection from those who would abuse them.

Most of us know that feeling.
The busyness creeps in.
The weight of the classroom takes over.
And somewhere between the lesson plans and the parent emails, the thing that matters most quietly slips to the back burner.

Scott says that's exactly when CE pulls him back.

The resources. The devotionals. The community of educators who are all trying to make Jesus the center of a very demanding calling.

It's not about being perfect. It's about having something and someone that keeps pointing you back.

David Schmus breaks down a case every educator needs to hear:

A teacher complained that an FCA club's statement on marriage made him feel unsafe.

The court voted 9 to 2 in favor of the students.
The judge's words? The school had created a hostile environment for students of faith.

Student religious expression is a protected right. And as educators, we have a role in protecting it.

Fear builds walls. Silence builds walls. And before long, you're an ambassador living in isolation — which was never the assignment.

Christian Educators member Tonie Weddle's article in the current issue of Teachers of Vision is the nudge a lot of us need right now.

Connection begins with obedience. The rest is His job.

This Monday, we remember the men and women who gave everything so we could gather, worship, and live freely.

As Christian educators, you understand what it means to serve a calling greater than yourself. So do they.

To every fallen soldier and grieving family — thank you. We do not take lightly what you gave.

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. — John 15:13

He came with a hard situation.
He left with advice, a plan, and someone praying for him.

Eric from California reached out to Christian Educators facing a scenario he didn't know how to navigate. What he got wasn't just practical guidance. He received encouragement to seek the Lord's direction first.

CE consultants don't just tell you what to do. They help you think through your situation, point you toward wisdom, and then pray with you over what comes next.

If you're a Christian educator facing something difficult at your school right now, you don't have to walk through it alone.

Eric Buehrer from Gateways to Better Education clears up a common misconception for teachers:

You don't leave your faith at the school door.

You can pray.
You can meet with colleagues.
You can talk about your beliefs.

The legal line? You can do all of the above as long as you are not acting in your official capacity or where the prayer does not result in the coercion of students.

But adult-to-adult faith? That's protected.

So here's the question worth sitting with:
Are you holding back something you're actually allowed to live out?

Terry Orange was breaking up a cafeteria fight when he spotted another student acting suspicious. He moved fast — tackling the student just as a pistol came out of the bag.

In "Here I Am, Lord — Send Me," Terry doesn't share his story to impress you. He shares it because of this truth: God put him there, and God is the one who showed up.

His question for you at the end is worth sitting with.

What are you afraid of?

He didn't just answer his question.
He got to know him first.

That's what a CE consultant did for one of our members in Washington. He spent real time understanding his path before offering a single word of advice.

Then he prayed for him.
Then he followed up.

If you're a Christian educator navigating a hard season such as a difficult administration, a values conflict, a career crossroads, you don't have to figure it out alone.
There are people at Christian Educators who want to help.
