ཕྱི་ལོ་༢༠༢༦ ཟླ་༨ ཚེས་༢༦ ཉིན་བོད་དང་བལ་ཡུལ་དུ་གློ་བུར་ཆུ་ལོག་གི་གོད་ཆག་ཕོག་པའི་ང་ཚོའི་གྲོགས་པོ་དང་སྤུན་ཟླ་ཚང་མར་སྙིང་ཐག་པ་ནས་མྱ་ངན་དང་མཉམ་སྐྱོར་ཞུ།
གོད་ཆག་འདིའི་ནང་སྲོག་ཤོར་བ་ཚང་མར་མྱ་ངན་ཞུ་ཞིང་། ད་དུང་གང་དག་རྨས་མ་དང་གར་སོང་མ་ཤེས་པར་གྱུར་པའི་ནང་མི་ཚོས་རང་གི་གཉེན་ཉེ་འཚོལ་བཞིན་པར་སྙིང་ནས་མཉམ་དུ་ཡོད། གོད་ཆག་ཕོག་པའི་ས་གནས་ཚང་མའི་མི་མང་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞུ།
བོད་ཀྱི་ཁྱོང་རོང་ལེན་དེ་དང་བལ་ཡུལ་གྱི་བོ་ཊེ་ཀོ་ཤི་གཙང་པོའི་འགྲམ་དུ་གཏོར་བཤིག་ཚབས་ཆེན་བྱུང་བ་ནི། ཧི་མ་ལ་ཡའི་ས་ཁུལ་དུ་འཕྲད་བཞིན་པའི་གནམ་གཤིས་འགྱུར་བའི་ཉེན་ཁ་ཇེ་ཆེར་འགྲོ་བཞིན་པའི་དྲན་སྐུལ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་ཡིན།

ང་ཚོས་མི་མང་ལ་མཁོ་བའི་རོགས་སྐྱོར་གང་མགྱོགས་དང་བཀག་འགོག་མེད་པར་སྤྲོད་ཐུབ་པ། རང་དབང་གི་གསར་འགོད་ལ་འགྲོ་འོང་དང་གནས་ཚུལ་བསྡུ་ལེན་གྱི་གོ་སྐབས་ཆ་ཚང་སྤྲོད་པ། གནས་ཚུལ་ཁ་གསལ་དང་དྭངས་གསལ་ཡོང་བ། དེ་བཞིན་ཧི་མ་ལ་ཡའི་མི་མང་ཉམས་ཞན་ཚོའི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ཆེད་རྒྱལ་སྤྱི་དང་མཉམ་རུབ་བྱེད་པའི་རེ་འབོད་ཞུ།

The Regional Tibetan Women’s Association of New York & New Jersey (RTWANYNJ) extends our deepest condolences and solidarity to our brothers and sisters in Tibet and Nepal affected by the devastating flash floods on August 26.
We mourn those who lost their lives and stand with the families searching for loved ones who remain missing or injured. Our prayers are with every affected community.
The destruction along the Lhende River in Kyirong and the Bhote Koshi in Nepal is a heartbreaking reminder of the growing climate crisis facing Himalayan communities.
We are also deeply concerned that restrictions on information and independent access in Tibet make it difficult for the world to know the full extent of the loss and destruction.
We call for unhindered humanitarian assistance, independent media access, transparency, and international cooperation to protect vulnerable Himalayan communities.
May those who lost their lives rest in peace. May those missing be found safely.
Our hearts are with Tibet and Nepal.
