Capital Conference The Capital Conference is a powerful shift in youth culture that seeks to set culture.

This Summer Move Church's Young Life Department will be hosting the first ever Capital Conference! The Capital Youth Conference isn’t just a Conference but instead, is a powerful shift in youth culture that seeks to set culture instead of follow culture. The Capital Youth Conference is designed with one goal, to elevate students’ character by directing their intentions to align with biblical principles and practices. We will accomplish this goal with five simple ideals to equip, empower, engage, enrich and enlighten students.

We’re not done celebrating yet!

Can we give a HUGE shoutout to our incredible Capital Team?!

Before, during, and after conference, this team was hard at work and covering YOU in prayer!

From the parking lot to the altar, from checking you in and serving food to preparing games, leading worship, praying with you, and handling all the details in between, this team showed up with their WHOLE hearts, ready and willing to be used by God.

To every single person who served, THANK YOU! Your time, sacrifices, prayers, and love for the next generation made a difference far beyond what you may ever see.

And the best part? They’re already deep in prayer, preparing for what’s next 👀

We’re not done yet.

Still feeling the love.
Still feeling the joy.
Still feeling the excitement.

Capital Conference may have been last weekend, but we have a feeling this is only the beginning.

There’s so much more in store ♥️

What a Weekend
What a Time
What a Moment
What a Renewal

It’s incredible what can happen with one yes.

This weekend was a great reminder of what humility and obedience can do. With a room filled with students and team members we were reminded of why the Gospel is so vital.

As powerful as the weekend was,
As exhilarating and exciting as the moments were,
As fun and enjoyable as the conference was and is,
We care more about what happens after.

A room full of people and a conference like this will certainly ignite something in you. But what we really pray for is that what Capital Conference may have started, God will sustain and complete.

This year’s conference lineup is STACKED!Pastors. Educators. Professional Athletes. You’ll wanna be in the room.

Capital Conference is a two-day youth conference for middle and high school students—a weekend build around worship, community, honest conversations, fun, and discovering what it means to live with purpose.

It’s LOUD.
It’s REAL.
It’s FUN.
It’s PURPOSEFUL.

And this year, we’re taking it ON TOUR.

September 18-19, 2026

You might walk in not knowing what to expect.

You might walk out wondering why you were ever nervous.

There’s more waiting for you than you think.

Going somewhere new for the first time can be intimidating.

Meeting new people. Trying to fit in. Not knowing what to expect.

So we went out to Stonebridge and asked some teens what would make them nervous about trying something new… then gave them 10 seconds to decide if Capital Conference was something they’d want to experience 👀

Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing where you’re going. It’s deciding to take the first step.

And remember, a maybe is not a no 👀😂
