💙 EXCITING NEWS — WE’RE GOING VIRTUAL! 💙

Cam’s Connected Community – Memory Café is excited to announce that Virtual Memory Café gatherings are coming soon!

We’re expanding our community so caregivers and those living with dementia can connect with us from the comfort of home — even if you can’t attend in person.
