MATURA Action Corporation will be closed Friday, June 19, 2026 in observance of Juneteenth, marking the date in 1865 when Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to enforce the emancipation of enslaved Black people—more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

UPDATE -MATURA Action Corporation will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. Please note that the following outreach offices will also be closed on Friday, May 22,2026: Adair County and Taylor County.
