Thank you for sharing the passion for our Mission. We look forward to seeing posts of your QOVs and awards as we work together towards the QOVF mission. Our QOVF page serves as a place to share accomplishments and highlight the Mission of QOVF. We are an inclusive nonprofit and do not tolerate prejudice of any kind. Political commentary, sales and solicitations, contests, swaps or exchanges are not appropriate. We moderate our sites and remove posts deemed inappropriate. Our Quilts of Valor Group and the Quilts of Valor® Foundation page are the only QOVF monitored and authorized Facebook sites. State or local QOV Groups may have a page and abide by the QOVF policies and procedures regarding Social Media; however, QOVF does not monitor their content.

This morning, the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship partnered with the Warren County Piecemakers Quilt Guild to host a Quilts of Valor Foundation Presentation Ceremony as part of our America250 celebrations. Quilts of Valor are tangible expressions of appreciation presented to service members and veterans in recognition of their service and sacrifice. During the ceremony, the Warren County Piecemakers Quilt Guild presented quilts to seven IDALS employees who are U.S. military members or veterans to thank them for their service and sacrifice. Thank you to our colleagues honored today and to all those who have served or are serving our nation, and defending our freedoms and way of life.
