CECO is a Winter Park, FL, non-profit center offering programs for children and adults with motor disabilities, such as cerebral palsy. CECO opened its doors in 2001 with the support of families who wanted a program to challenge their children with motor disabilities to acquire new skills and greater independence. CECO’s mission is to combine physical and social educational methods to meet the uni
