CECO is a Winter Park, FL, non-profit center offering programs for children and adults with motor disabilities, such as cerebral palsy. CECO opened its doors in 2001 with the support of families who wanted a program to challenge their children with motor disabilities to acquire new skills and greater independence. CECO’s mission is to combine physical and social educational methods to meet the uni

que needs of children with motor and cognitive disabilities. Since its inception, CECO has expanded its programs to meet the needs of children and adults with motor disabilities in Central Florida and worldwide. CECO runs a private school, after-school programs, in-home sessions, early intervention program, and summer programs. CECO’s programs infuse motor activities into a life skill-building curriculum focused on increasing the independence of children and adults with motor disabilities.

Yee Haw! What a star-studded morning at CECO! 🤠🎬

Today, our Adult Program participants rolled out the red carpet for family and friends at their annual Movie Premiere & Art Gallery Showcase. The event celebrated a year of creativity, hard work, and achievement.

This year’s feature film, Blazing Saddles, was a hit with the crowd and will be available on YouTube soon, so stay tuned! 🍿⭐

We’re also excited to share photos from our Art Gallery, featuring beautiful mosaic projects created collaboratively by our participants. These works of art showcase not only creativity, but also teamwork, problem-solving, perseverance, and the independence-building skills that are at the heart of CECO. 🎨💙💜

Orange, red, blue, and lavender classes brought the circus to CECO for their adorable end of the year performance! 🎪

Green, Yellow, and our Young Adult Classes came together for an unforgettable end of the year performance! 🕵️‍♂️🕵️‍♀️

This year‘s mystery themed performance had students celebrating prom when suddenly things started going very wrong… Sabotages began happening, clues were discovered, and our amazing detectives worked together to investigate evidence and surveillance footage to uncover the saboteurs!
