Our mission is to navigate individuals through the shame attached to stigma. Let’s Erase the Stigma aims to restore self-worth, self-respect and self-confidence to disadvantaged Communities of Color that have been systemically overlooked. We will provide financial development through budget classes, mentoring, cultural competence training, health and wellness development which will include HIV/AID
S Awareness Training. Let’s Erase the Stigma will offer expungement workshops to equip and educate individuals with criminal backgrounds toward the expungement process which will align them toward better employment and housing opportunities. We intend to navigate communities of color through the justice, educational, medical and financial systems that have attributed to the socio-economic disparities within our society. Let’s Erase the Stigma will focus on areas that continue to stigmatize and traumatize many disadvantaged communities.
