Clayton County is ready to welcome seniors from across Georgia.
State Representative Rhonda Burnough, who represents District 77, shares why she is especially excited to see the Georgia Golden Olympics come to our community, and why this event means so much to her personally.

As an active participant at Clayton County Senior Services, Rep. Burnough knows firsthand the importance of staying active, connected, and engaged. From participating in Tai Chi to walking with an intergenerational community group, she understands how healthy living keeps our minds and bodies active while bringing people together.

Now, she’s inviting participants, volunteers and spectators from across Georgia to come experience all that Clayton County has to offer.

For more than 35 years, the Georgia Golden Olympics has celebrated adults age 50+ through competition, healthy aging, and lifelong friendships. This year, we're excited to bring the Games to Clayton and Henry Counties, and we need your help to make them a success!

🎯 Our goal is to recruit 100 volunteers. We're currently at 26, which means we need 74 more amazing people to join our team!

Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or several days, you'll play an important role in creating an unforgettable experience for hundreds of athletes from across Georgia.

If you've ever wanted to give back, earn volunteer hours, meet new people, or be part of something truly inspiring, this is your opportunity!
