The Faces of 5 Million celebration is a powerful reminder that every trained First Aider helps bring us closer to a future where mental wellbeing support is within reach for everyone.

You can help make that vision real by becoming a certified MHFA Instructor. Instructors expand the movement by training more people who are ready to support their friends, family, coworkers and neighbors — multiplying the impact of MHFA in communities across the country.

Take the next step by joining our informational webinar on Sept. 17, 2-3 p.m. ET to learn how you can become an Instructor and help train the next wave of Mental Health First Aiders.

Our hearts are heavy for the students, families, faculty, and staff impacted by yesterday’s shooting at one of our Warner Robins high schools. 💙

A school should be a place where our children feel safe, and an event like this can leave an impact far beyond those who were physically present. Fear, confusion, sadness, anger, and anxiety can linger for students, parents, educators, and our community as a whole.

We are keeping the injured student(s) and their loved ones especially close in our thoughts, while also thinking of every student and staff member who walked away carrying the emotional weight of what happened.

In the days ahead, we encourage our community to lead with compassion, check in on one another, and give our children space to talk about what they are feeling.

To our Warner Robins community: you are in our hearts. 💙
Optimum Healing Pathways is here if support is needed.
