Sleep in Heavenly Peace builds and delivers twin-sized beds at no cost directly to the child's home, complete with a new mattress, pillow, and bedding set. Every bed is built and delivered with care and dignity.

If a child shares a bed with other family members, sleeps on a couch or on the floor, the GA-Warner Robins Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace is eager to help. Currently, the zip codes that are currently serviced through this chapter are: 31098, 31099, 31005, 31008, 31028, 31047, 31088, 31093 and 31095.

Beds are not guaranteed: The goal is to deliver beds to as many qualified applicants as possible. SHP is a volunteer-run organization and subject to the availability of beds. When they have beds that can be delivered, they review applications and get as many delivered as possible, and only as many twin size beds as supplies and donations allow.

"Who qualifies for a bed?"
We serve children ages 3-17 whose families demonstrate need.

This includes:
● Single-parent households
● Military families
● Foster and adoptive families
● Families recovering from natural disasters
● Refugees and immigrants
● Families transitioning from homelessness
● Any child without a proper bed

There is additional criteria to receive one of our beds:
1. Location: Again, the applicant must live in a zip code covered by our chapter.
2. Living Environment: The applicant must have an accessible house or apartment with a room large enough to fit one of our twin size beds.
3. Contact: We must be able to contact the applicant via phone, text or email.
4. Necessary Documents: The applicant will need to fill out our online SHP Application Form. If the application is accepted, they’ll need to sign an Indemnification Release Form prior to delivery.
5. Again, kids need to be 3-17 years old.

Applications are reviewed based on need, not income. To apply for a bed, the applicant can go to shpbeds.org.
