Please help us welcome another Maddy’s Miracle Grant baby, sweet baby boy Tell! His parents Sydney and Colter, never gave up hope that one day they would hold their dream baby in their arms, and now he is finally here. Congrats to this wonderful family and thank you for letting us be part of the journey!

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW GRANT 📣

We are proud to announce the launch of our Male Factor Infertility Fund!

🧡Infertility impacts millions of families, yet male factor infertility often goes underrecognized and under supported. Through this new fund, we aim to change that by providing financial assistance and hope to individuals and couples navigating this challenging diagnosis.

🌱 This initiative builds on our mission to support families facing the emotional and financial burdens of infertility by expanding access to care and treatment options. Like our existing grant programs, this fund is designed to help ease the cost of infertility related expenses and diagnoses, which are often a significant barrier for many families.

📋What this means:
1. Dedicated comprehensive exams with a board certified urologist, specializing in male infertility, and financial support for associated lab testing.
2. Increased awareness and advocacy for an often overlooked aspect of fertility
3. Continued commitment to helping families grow and thrive

Last fall, a hopeful couple, Madison and Cameron, were awarded Maddy’s Miracle Grant, and they are currently pregnant with their miracle baby! Madison and Cameron hope that by sharing their story publicly, this National Infertility Awareness Week, that other families will feel less alone and inspired to keep fighting.

🤍 MADDY’S MIRACLE GRANT KANSAS
APPLICATION IS NOW OPEN 🤍

🔸WHAT IS IT?

An IVF grant provided by the Hadwin Family Foundation. It is available to residents of Kansas who have financial need and who are patients at the Center for Reproductive Medicine (CFRM)

🔸HOW TO APPLY - STEP 1

Confirm with your physician at CFRM that you meet specific medical criteria prior to applying. The Hadwin Family Foundation will verify with CFRM that you meet these criteria and are eligible to apply.

🔸HOW TO APPLY - STEP 2

Visit our website at https://www.thehadwinfamilyfoundation.org/mmg-application-kansas to apply. Applications must be complete and submitted via the website to be considered.

🔸HOW TO APPLY - STEP 3

Have financial documents available to submit, if requested, to provide proof of financial need. For questions relating to the application, email [email protected]. For medical questions, contact your physician at CFRM.

🔸WHEN WILL A RECIPIENT BE SELECTED?

All applicants will be notified via email, within 7 days after the application cycle closes, whether they were selected or not.
