Help Shape Wichita’s New Inclusive Playground!
A new inclusive playground is coming to Central Riverside Park, and we want to make sure the people who will use and experience it have a voice in how it is designed.
The City of Wichita is partnering with Unlimited Play, a nonprofit organization that helps communities plan, design, and build universally accessible playgrounds. As part of the planning process, Unlimited Play is hosting virtual focus groups specifically for members of the Wichita Adaptive Sports community.
This is an opportunity to share your experiences, ideas, and perspectives about what would make a playground welcoming, enjoyable, and usable for you, your family, and your greater community.
Unlimited Play is hosting two sessions for the Wichita Adaptive Sports community, and space is limited to 15 participants per session to ensure sufficient time for sharing and discussion. Focus groups will be held on Zoom and registration is required.
