MIBOR REALTOR® Association and the Indiana Association of REALTORS® have secured an initial $500,000 allocation from the REALTORS® Relief Foundation to provide housing-related assistance to Indiana residents impacted by the flooding and tornadoes that occurred August 11–18, 2026.
Effective immediately, eligible homeowners and renters may apply for grants of up to $1,000. Funding will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain available until the current allocation is exhausted or the application period closes on November 11, 2026.
MIBOR will help connect affected residents in our area with REALTOR® Relief assistance and will serve as the fiscal agent for approved grants. Our goal is to get these resources into the hands of people who need them as quickly as possible.

Applications are available now and must be submitted by November 11, 2026. Complete applications are generally expected to be processed within three to five business days.
For those with immediate needs, Indiana 211 can also connect residents with housing, food, cleanup, shelter, and other community resources.
Indiana residents impacted by severe storms may be eligible for up to $1,000 in housing-related relief through MIBOR and the REALTORS® Relief Foundation.
